DISCLAIMER

For items purchased in our online store, please allow up to 20 calendars days from the tracking scan of the shipping date for Domestic Shipments (within USA). Please allow up to 40 calendar days from shipping date for all international shipments. Due to the shipping insurance policies, we have to abide by these timelines in the cases of delayed or lost shipments.

We are not responsible for lost of damaged items due to shipping carriers. Shipping times and conditions are out of our control once we release the parcel to the shipping carrier.

LATE PAYMENTS ON SALES, COMMISSIONS, ETC. WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. ALL OUTSTANDING AND UNPAID INVOICES SENT TO CLIENTS WILL ACRUE A LATE FEE CHARGED PER DAY OF 5% OF THE TOTAL BALANCE THAT WAS INVOICED/CHARGED TO THE CLIENT AND/OR RELATED PARTIES OF THE CLIENT.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS UNLESS EXPLICITLY AGREED TO OTHERWISE IN WRITING.

WE WILL TAKE ANY AND ALL LEGAL ACTIONS AVAILABLE TO RECOVER ANY UNPAID BALANCE INCLUDING UNPAID LATE FEES, AND WILL HOLD THE CLIENT RESPONSIBLE TO COVER ALL REL;ATED FEES IN RECOVERY OF UNPAID BALANCES.
